The 15 day audit will include:
- A series of interviews against the Mindfulness Audit Framework designed by Weick and Sutcliffe
- Determine the current organisational climate and culture through a series of workshops
- Review your own data such as employee and customer satisfaction surveys
- Observe your business at work by videoing or personally observing a number of team meetings at different levels of your organisation
- Take a temperature reading of the mindfulness of the organisation, teams and a selection of individuals through an internal survey
- Fully analyse all of the data and prepare a report on the level of your organisational mindfulness
- Present the findings and make suggestions as to how you could re-design your organisation to incorporate the 10 principles of a Mindful Business
